NBNco Requirements for Multi-Dwelling Developments

Since 2016 all new multi-dwelling developments in the residential, commercial & industrial sector require a development lodgement to NBNco. This allows NBNco to upgrade the necessary network to cater for your new development and to ensure all compliances are met for the local councils and the telecommunication industry.

As a developer, you are required to provide internal telecommunication conduits to each dwelling, this must be installed only by a Fully Accredited NBN installer to ensure NBNco requirements and guidelines are met prior to any connection to the network is completed. Failure to comply can result in costly delays to your development and for your sub-division.
